REFUND / CACELLATION POLICY

  • “DouArt Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC – UAE” has a strict no refund policy. If an order is cancelled, it will not be subject to a refund; instead customer will be entitled to a credit note with a validity of 6 months from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will only be given in cases, where the customer has ordered a particular product online, and that particular product is not available or “DouArt Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC – UAE” is unable to produce the product at the requested date & time. In such cases, a full refund will be granted to the customer.

  • In case of cancellations, the cancellation request should be made 48 hours prior to the collection/delivery date of the order. Any requests made post this time will not be accepted and the order will be deemed as confirmed and will be produced and invoiced on the scheduled pick-up/delivery date.

  • If the product is found to be damaged and the same is notified to Brownie Point staff immediately upon receiving the delivery of the product or upon collection of the product, then “DouArt Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC – UAE” will make its best endeavors to rectify the fault or offer a new product or alternatively offer the customer a full refund of the amount paid towards the product.


    Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
