DELIVERY POLICY


  • DouArt Bakery deliverers anywhere within Dubai & some areas of Sharhah. Delivery charges apply depending on the location of the delivery and the same will appear on the shopping cart at the time of placement of the order.

  • At the time of placing orders online, when a customer selects a delivery option and chooses a particular time-slot for delivery. It is quite possible that the particular time-slot is already booked for existing orders and we may not be able to deliver the product at that time-slot. In such occasions, we will call the customer a suggest alternate time-slots for delivery or request the customer to pick-up the order. If the alternate time-slots are not acceptable by the customer & the customer is not willing to pick-up the order, then the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to the customer in full. 

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete physical address with landmarks and contact numbers while placing he order. Incomplete or wrong delivery address or contact numbers will cause a delay or cancellation of delivery, for which “DouArt Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC – UAE” will not take any responsibility.

  • In case of any changes in delivery/pick-up date or time of the order, the customer should inform minimum 48 hours prior to the original delivery/pick-up date or time. Any requests made post this time will be accepted at the sole & absolute discretion of “DouArt Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC – UAE”

  • After the receiving the delivery or collection of the product, it the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper handling and adequate temperature storage of the product. “DouArt Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC – UAE” will not take any responsibility for any damage to the products due to mishandling or improper storage of the product by the customer.

  • Multiple shipments/deliverymay result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
