Shipping policy

Cakesmith Bakery Products LLC – UAE delivers anywhere within Dubai and select areas of Sharjah. Delivery charges apply depending on the delivery location and will be displayed in the shopping cart at the time of order placement.

When placing orders online, customers may select a preferred delivery time-slot. Please note that certain time-slots may already be booked for existing orders. In such cases, we will contact the customer to suggest alternate time-slots or request that the customer pick up the order. If the proposed alternatives are not acceptable and the customer is unwilling to collect the order, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete delivery address, including landmarks, and valid contact numbers at the time of placing the order. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation of delivery, for which Cakesmith Bakery Products LLC – UAE will not be responsible.

Any requests to change the delivery or pick-up date or time must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original scheduled date. Requests submitted after this period will be considered at the sole discretion of Cakesmith Bakery Products LLC – UAE.

Upon receiving delivery or collecting the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle the product carefully and ensure proper storage. Bakery items should be consumed within 2 days of delivery and must be stored at chilled temperature to maintain quality. Cakesmith Bakery Products LLC – UAE will not be responsible for any damage, spoilage, or loss resulting from mishandling or improper storage by the customer.

Please note that multiple shipments or deliveries may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
