All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing information is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling the order.

8. Custom Cakes & Personalised Orders

Customised cakes and personalised products are created specifically according to the customer's requirements.

The final product may have minor variations from reference images, sketches or inspiration photographs due to the handmade nature of our work.

Reference images provided by customers are treated as inspiration unless a specific design has been formally agreed upon.

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to a design where necessary to ensure the product can be safely and practically produced.

Custom orders may require advance payment and may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

9. Ingredients & Allergens

Our products are made using a variety of ingredients, including ingredients that may contain common allergens.

Allergen information is provided where applicable, but our products may be prepared in an environment where allergens are present.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before placing your order.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens unless expressly stated by Cakesmith.

Because Cakesmith products are freshly prepared and many are made specifically for individual orders, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Care After Delivery

Cakes and desserts are delicate and perishable products.

Once an order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for appropriate storage and handling.

Products should be stored according to the instructions provided by Cakesmith.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage, deterioration or spoilage caused by:

  • Incorrect storage
  • Excessive heat
  • Direct sunlight
  • Improper transportation
  • Leaving products in a vehicle
  • Failure to follow storage instructions

13. Promotions & Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated:
